Frequently asked questions

 

Why should I become a lover of color (loc)?

Because, perks, that’s why! By sharing your e-mail with me and becoming a Lover of Color, you will receive first notice on collection updates, coming releases and other important information regarding my art journey. Lover’s of Color will also be granted early access to shop all of my collection releases before the general public! Don’t worry, I won’t bombard you with e-mails…I’d much rather be out in the studio.

What is your return/exchange policy?

At this time, all sales are final on original and commissioned paintings. I want all my Lovers of Color to be completely satisfied and happy with their purchase. Therefore, please read my listing descriptions carefully. If you are concerned about color variation, please view on different screens, as colors can vary from screen to screen. If you are still uncertain please reach out and I would be more than happy to provide you with more photos and/or a video to help you gain a true understanding of the artwork. 

Can i visit your studio?

If interested in seeing inside my studio, head over to my Instagram, where I frequently share posts and videos from inside my studio. Currently, I work out of an at-home studio and the privacy of my family is very important to me.

Do you offer framing?

I do not offer framing unless specifically mentioned in a product description. I paint on the sides of the canvas and consider them an extension of the painting. Please note, that all paintings come pre-wired and ready to hang.

Do you offer international shipping?

I do ship internationally depending on size of work and country. Before purchasing, please contact me with your postal code and I can provide you with a quote.

What if my package is damaged/lost/stolen during shipping?

I make it a priority to handle and package each order carefully and use quality packaging materials to keep artwork safe during transit. I am not liable for failed delivery, incorrect addresses, or damage incurred by the shipping processing. After purchase you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please check that the address given is the correct one. If an artwork is returned to me due to an incorrect address, I am open to re-sending after the additional shipping charges are invoiced and paid. If you are concerned that the package was lost or stolen please contact the shipping company directly, using the tracking number sent in the shipping notice e-mail I sent you. If you would like to purchase additional shipping insurance, we can have that arranged.

 

What if I am interested in a commission painting?

Some things to consider that I will need to know/be asking: the size(s) you would like, color, and any inspiration you may have—that can include your favorite paintings of mine, color schemes, photos, Pinterest boards, anything!

Please note, that any requests that do not align with my unique style will not be entertained. Also, due to the nature of my intuitive painting process, all of my paintings are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replicated. Thank you for understanding.
